Product Ordering Guidelines and General Information

How to Place an Order:
Orders are placed by directly contacting Engraving, Awards & Gifts. We do not offer a shopping cart option at this time as most of our products are custom made and pricing may vary based on your unique requirements.

How to Place an Order:
Please provide us with your Order/Inquiry Information:
• What product(s) you are interested in (Include code(s) and description(s)).
• What quantity needed.
• What information you would like engraved or screen printed. Include font(s), layout(s), design line(s) and color(s).
• If you are submitting artwork please follow our Artwork Submission Guidelines.
• Any other special instructions or questions you have.

Proofs are required on all orders involving artwork or specific engraving guidelines provided by the customer. Proofs may also be required for personalization on specific products. Proofs are provided at a cost of $15 which includes one (1) revision to original content at no additional charge. Subsequent proofs required as a result of changes initiated by the customer will be subject to an additional proof fee.

Production Time-
Standard production time is 10-15 working days and does not include time in shipment for the purpose of determining delivery dates. Production time begins once all necessary line copy, artwork, product information and proof approvals are received. Expedited Service is available on most products within the limitations outlined below and subject to additional charges.

Expedited Service-
Orders requiring personalization which must be shipped in less than our standard production time are accepted when our production schedule permits and are subject to the following Expedited Service pricing:

• Same Day Service*


add 35% of the total cost of the order

• 1 Day Service


add 30% of the total cost of the order

• 2 Day Service


add 25% of the total cost of the order

• 3 Day Service


add 20% of the total cost of the order

• 4 Day Service


add 15% of the total cost of the order

• 5 - 9 Day Service


add 10% of the total cost of the order

Please Note:
Additional Expedited Service pricing may apply. (e.g. under minimum order, special shipping and handling, special customer requirements or specific products such as glass/crystal, ribbons, hard hats and other miscellaneous products.)

Expedited Service scheduling begins after all necessary line copy, artwork, product information and proof approvals are finalized. *All required information must be received by 10 a.m. EST to be eligible for Same Day Expedited Service.
Same Day Service orders that do not require personalization are subject to a $15 Expedited Service.

Any orders cancelled prior to completion will be subject to charges equal to the production costs incurred up to the time of cancellation plus an administrative fee of $25.

Special Notes-
Glass & Crystal items are subject to a minimum order of $100.
Pewter items are subject to a minimum order of $200.
Any order not meeting these requirements will incur a $10 handling surcharge.
Gift boxes for most Glass & Crystal items are available at a cost of $3.00 ea.
Gift boxes for most Pewter items with no engraving are available at a cost of $3.00 ea.

All requests for returned products must be submitted within 7 days of original purchase.
Returns will only be accepted with prior written authorization and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
If the merchandise received is defective or in error, every effort will be made to correct the order to your satisfaction. Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns of non-defective personalized products (including pre-laser engraved), custom products or ribbon cut by the yard.

All claims for merchandise lost, stolen or damaged during shipment must be filed with the transportation company. Liability for claims is transferred to the carrier at the point of shipment.

Minimum Purchase Requirement
Please note that all orders are subject to a Minimum Purchase Requirement of $50 Domestic, Canada $100, International $200, except where noted.

Payment options available:
• We accept cash, checks, PayPal, eCheck, credit cards, money orders & purchase orders.
• When supplying us with credit card information please include: Name, card number, expiration date & 3 or 4 digit verification number.
• Credit cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
• Orders over $1,000 are subject to an Alternative Payment Method Convenience Charge of 2.5% on Visa, MasterCard and Discover and 3.5% on American Express. 
• To apply for credit terms, please download the Credit Form.

All prices shown are in US dollars unless otherwise specified and prices shown may be subject to pricing updates.
