A Letter to Our Valued Customers in the Concord Area


Dear Friends,

Over the past few years we at Engraving, Awards & Gifts have experienced significant growth in our business. The reasons for this are many. Of particular note are our internet presence, our diverse product selection, our attention to quality and service, our employees and you our customers.

In keeping with our goal to better serve our customers and to meet the challenges of the future, we recently moved our showroom, production facility and corporate offices to 42 Franklin Street in Laconia. This location is central to NH and is very accessible. Our showroom hours will be extended to 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday thru Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to noon.

Our Concord location at 8 South Main Street will be closing effective May 1, 2005. Claire Iby our store manager will be relocating to Laconia. Here she will continue to serve you our Concord customers.

We value your business and past patronage. Recognized is that there may be some inconvenience in not having the 8 South Main Street location. We believe however the advantages strongly outweigh the disadvantages. Specifically these are:

  1. Easily accessed Central NH showroom location in Laconia.
  2. Increased showroom hours: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday thru Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to noon. This allows more flexibility for ordering, pickup and delivery.
  3. Our user-friendly internet presence. If you have not used our web sites previously we believe you will be pleased and excited when using them.
  4. Our internet product selections encompass much more than we can showcase in a showroom. In addition we have an extensive library of products at our fingertips that we can make available to you upon request.
  5. Daily UPS, Fed Ex, DHL and USPS service. This means timely service is available to you with the convenience of door-to-door service.
  6. The internet is open 24/7 and orders can be easily placed via email, fax, mail or phone. This can be a great time saver.
  7. Free customer parking in front of showroom, easy drop off and pickup and no more parking meters or searching for a parking space.
  8. Experienced and friendly customer service staff including Claire Iby and Nathan Thorsell. Additionally we have product line specialists that can assist in product searches.
  9. As prior customers we understand your expectations, have hard copies of your previous orders, stored your artwork on file, saved computer programs of your previous orders, etc.
  10. Faster order turnaround.
